How to cook sweet potato 

Lemon-Herb Sauce with Grilled Sweet potatoes

Ingredients 

One small onion, finely diced

Crumbled lemon and half a cup of lemon juice. 

Sweet potatoes, well-scrubbed, well cut into a thick round shape.

Olive oil, Kosher salt, and pepper

One tablespoon

Small chilies, two tablespoons finely chopped

Fresh mint chopped

Plain Greek yogurt

Method 

Take a bowl, put onion and lemon juice, and mix it well. Then take another bowl, place sweet potatoes in it, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black paper mix well all these ingredients.

After that, cook the sweet potatoes for about 5 to 6 minutes, till it gets crispy.

Take a plate drizzling Greek yogurt on it, then place sweet potatoes onto the yogurt, add the mixture of diced onions, crush lemon and chilies. In the end, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and garnish with chopped mint.
