One cup chilled plain coffee, 12 chopped bananas, 1 cup plain yoghurt, 1 tablespoon powdered flax seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 12 teaspoons cinnamon powder, 12 teaspoons nutmeg powder (or grated), and 2-3 ice cubes. Blend until the shake is completely smooth. Add a little extra milk or yoghurt if you wish to adjust the texture.

This drink enhances your immune system and keeps your heart healthy by delivering a high protein and fibre content. 1/4 cup steel rolled plain oats, 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, 1 peeled banana, and 1/2 cups plain soy or skim milk in a blender Stir with a spoon after 30 seconds of blending. Then blend for another 30 to 1 minute. And you are done!
